My name is Brian Teall, and I am the President of the Lake of the Woods Property Owners Association. I bring more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, strategic planning, and financial oversight — most recently as a Sales Account Executive with ITAMCO, and previously as Managing Director of The REES Theatre and Development Manager for the Marshall County Community Foundation & United Way. Across each of these roles, I've built my approach around collaborative leadership, transparent communication, and bringing people together toward common goals.

My overall community involvement runs deep, too. I served as President and a board member of the Marshall County Tourism Commission, spent nine years on the Bremen Public School Board of Trustees — five of them as Board President — and founded the Coach Teall Memorial Golf Outing, which continues to support the Coach Teall Memorial Scholarship.

As a resident of Lake of the Woods, I'm committed to preserving what makes this community special while helping it remain welcoming and enjoyable for current and future property owners. I believe the strongest communities are built through transparency, respectful communication, thoughtful planning, and genuine collaboration — and I'm honored to bring that same commitment to this board.
