Deb Symon - LOWPOA Treasurer

Hi, I’m Deb Symon and I am the Treasurer for the Lake of the Woods Property Owners Association. My roots run deep here at Lake of the Woods. I grew up in the area and graduated from LaVille High School, and my husband spent his whole childhood here at the lake.

Most of my career has been in finance and operations. I worked for three banks and two CPA firms as my husband's job moved our family around, and I spent several years in the school system building a computer lab for K–5 students. I then spent 13 years as Office & Accounting Manager for Marshall Electric Corporation. There, I oversaw our manufacturing in China and Mexico and worked with major customers like General Motors, Harley-Davidson, and Mercury Motors.

Outside of work, I've held offices with the PTA, the Rochester Royals swim team, and Psi Iota Xi, where I served on the National Council. After serving on the LOWPOA board as a Member at Large, I am excited to continue serving this community for another term.
